How to Start a Refund or Return 

First, we recommend creating a user account in order to keep track of your orders and more.

  1. log in and go to your “Account Page”
  2. Click on the “Orders” Tab
  3. Select the Order you want and click on “Refund”
  4. Follow the instructions then submit.

Returns & Exchanges:

  • You have *** 7 CALENDAR DAYS TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE an item from the date of purchase or from date you received your item, if ordered.
  • NO REFUNDS ON SALE & DISCOUNTED ITEMS, Sale items can only be exchanged (Store credit is at the discretion of the manager).
  • All Accessories are all FINAL SALE

Refunds Policy:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you purchased it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • You MUST have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 5-14 day, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
